Swiss Cream Of Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen California Blend vegetables
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix vegetables, broth and onion.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Divide mixture in 1/2.
    Blend both halves and return to saucepan.
    Stir in milk and cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
