Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes cut up broccoli, thawed
    2 c. boneless chicken, cooked and cut up
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans mayonnaise
    cooked rice
    1 can French fried onions (optional)
Preparation
    Spread broccoli on bottom of 4-quart casserole.
    Add chicken; mix with broccoli.
    Combine soup and mayonnaise; spread on top of broccoli and chicken.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 1 can French fried onions, if desired.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered for last 15 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
