Pepper Steak(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless steak, cut into thin strips
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of ground ginger
    salt to taste
    2 medium green peppers, cut into chunks
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Set power select at Medium-high.
    In oblong baking dish, heat oil 2 minutes.
    Add steak, soy sauce and ginger.
    Heat 5 to 6 minutes, stirring once.
    Season with salt and stir in peppers and onions.
    Set power select at High, covered 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Stir in cornstarch blended with broth and heat 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring once.
    Makes 4 servings.
