Tuna Tarts(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. can water-packed tuna
    1 c. fat-free egg substitute
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    2 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain and flake a can of tuna.
    In a medium bowl mix tuna, egg substitute, sour cream, mustard and oregano.
    Coat a 2-cup casserole dish with Pam.
    Add the bread crumbs and swirl to coat the dish evenly; add the tuna mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until mixture is set.
    Makes 2 servings.
