Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 small onion
    1 stick melted oleo
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender and drain.
    Add all other ingredients except oleo and crackers.
    Pour into dish; top with crackers.
    Pour oleo over crackers.
