Chop Soupy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms or 1 (4 oz.) can, drained
    1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1 c. green pepper, sliced
    1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 can bean sprouts
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    in
    oil in skillet.
    Add vegetables, soup, etc. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until meat is tender on low heat. Blend
    the
    cornstarch
    and
    1/4
    cup of water; stir in sauce. Serve on rice.
    Serves 6 to 8.
