Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or mixture of beef, elk, venison and pork sausage
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs or croutons
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and press into 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
