Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles
    1 large onion, chopped
    8 oz. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. 1% cottage cheese
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. flour
    8 oz. reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare noodles.
    Cook onions, mushrooms and garlic 5 minutes in nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Remove from heat and stir in spinach, oregano, basil and pepper.
    Set aside.
    In food processor, blend cottage cheese, egg whites, flour and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese until smooth.
