Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
    Add 1/3 cup milk, flour and pinch of salt and pepper; beat until smooth.
    Add remaining 2/3 cup milk; beat until smooth.
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Melt butter in large, deep iron skillet.
    Pour batter into skillet; place pan in oven for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
    Serve with roast beef or your favorite dish.
