King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 small yellow onion, chopped
    1 can green chiles, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    10 corn tortillas, torn into bite-size pieces
    12 oz. pkg. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 cooked chicken breasts
    1 tsp. whole comino seed
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water until tender.
    Remove skin and bones. Break into bite-size pieces.
    Mix together the soup, the cottage cheese, chiles, onions, tomatoes and chicken pieces.
    In a 3-quart buttered casserole dish, place a layer of tortilla pieces.
    Cover with a layer of soup and chicken mixture and a layer of grated cheese.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
