French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 stick margarine
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    1 c. red wine
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    French bread
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until onions are glossy.
    Add water, wine and bouillon.
    Simmer until cooked down.
    Place in soup crocks.
    Top with thick slice of French bread.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and Swiss cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and browned.
