Fresh Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. fresh cut corn
2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 bell pepper, chopped (jalapeno pepper is good also)
Preparation

Combine ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set and lightly browned on top. Do not overcook or it will separate.
