Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tomatoes (chop or blend in blender)
1 1/2 qt. water
2 heaping tsp. McCormick seafood seasoning
large pinch of thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. chopped celery tops
1/2 stick butter
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 small potatoes, cubed small
1 carrot, sliced thin
1 small onion, minced
4 stalks celery, minced
1 pkg. frozen sliced okra
1 lb. chopped crab meat
Preparation

Simmer all ingredients (except crab meat) tender.
Then add crab meat close to serving time.
Add cayenne pepper if you want it spicier.
Close copy to soup served at Wharf at Annapolis.
