Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 pinch salt
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sour cream
    raisins, soaked in rum
    3 pre-made graham cracker crusts
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar and salt well.
    Add cream cheese a little at a time.
    Mix until extremely smooth.
    Beat in sour cream and vanilla quickly to keep light and creamy.
    (Add raisins to personal taste.)
    Pour into pie pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until set.
