Lemon Dainty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine Crisco, sugar and flour.
Mix well.
Add egg yolks, milk, lemon juice and rind.
Beat well until smooth.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into greased casserole dish; set in pan of hot water.
Bake 45 minutes.
