Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat broth in saucepan (2-quart).
    Add potatoes, pepper and seasoning salt.
    Heat to boiling.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Do not drain. Layer potato mixture and Swiss cheese in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Return to oven until top is golden and potatoes are tender.
