Almond-Crusted Turkey Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 egg
    2/3 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix turkey, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onions and eggs.
    Shape into four patties, each 3/4 inches thick. Coat both sides of patties with almonds.
    Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
    Bake about 30 minutes or until patties are no longer pink inside.
    Yields 4 servings, 365 calories per serving.
