Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped green tomatoes
    1 c. sugar (1/2 white and 1/2 brown, not packed)
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour (slightly rounded)
    butter
    1 (8-inch) unbaked crust and crust for top
Preparation
    Mix sugar, spices, flour and tapioca together.
    Stir in chopped tomatoes; stir to coat tomatoes.
    Put into 8-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with vinegar and dot with butter.
    Top with other crust and bake as you would any fruit pie.
