Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
10 oz. 7-Up

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together except 7-Up.
Mix well; add 7-Up and beat again.
Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
