Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh bread, broken into chunks
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place broken bread in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Break eggs in a bowl and beat; add milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and butter.
    Stir.
    Pour over bread and mix well.
    Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
