Raspberry-Nut Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. seedless raspberry jam
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour and baking powder onto waxed paper. Beat together
    butter, sugar and egg in large bowl with electric
    mixer until
    fluffy.
    Stir
    in
    vanilla.
    Gradually add flour
    mixture, stirring until well combined.
    Roll out dough between 2 pieces of\twaxed
    paper
    to 12 x 10-inch rectangle. Remove top
    piece
    of waxed
    paper.
    Spread
    jam
    evenly over entire surface
    of dough.
    Sprinkle evenly with nuts.\tFirmly roll up\tdough
    from
    a long side, jelly-roll style, removing waxed paper as you roll. Wrap roll in waxed paper and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
