Potato Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    5 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small cucumber, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    sliced olives
    3/4 c. salad dressing
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for about 25 minutes so they are still firm; peel and cube.
    Better if cooked the night before.
    Chop up the eggs. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
    One-fourth cup half and half can be added to salad dressing if needed.
