Cabbage And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 lb. cabbage, cut up
    3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy pan over medium heat.
    Add cabbage, carrots, onion and sugar.
    Cook, stirring, until very well browned and softened (vegetables should scorch a little).
    Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar.
    Serve hot.
