Vatapa(South American Blend Of Broth, Shellfish And Nuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef broth, condensed
    2 soup cans water
    1/2 c. peanuts, salted and chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) condensed clam chowder
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Cover and bring to boil, stir often.
    Add shrimp.
    Simmer 5 minutes or until tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.
    Serves 8.
