Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. butter pecan instant pudding mix
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    6 c. whole milk
Preparation
    Roast the pecans with the butter and let cool.
    Whip the eggs for 10 minutes. Add the sugar, pudding, condensed milk and whole milk.
    Beat and add to the pecans.
    Pour in freezer and finish up with milk to make 1 gallon.
