Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cherry jello
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1/2 banana
    Cool Whip
    nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve the jello in 2 cups hot water.
    Drain the pineapple and save juice.
    Add juice and ice to measure 2 cups.
    Mix this into jello mixture.
    When partially set, add pineapple and cut up banana.
    When set, put Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Easy and real good flavor!
