Creamy Chicken And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/8 tsp. garlic or 1 clove
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon margarine. Cook chicken 10 minutes, browned on both sides; remove. In remaining 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook onion and mushrooms with garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Return chicken into skillet; cover. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring often. Serves 4. Good with baked potato, green onion and thyme.
