African Chop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    3 onions (medium)
    3 large tomatoes (fresh) or 1 can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    ground red hot chilies to taste, (optional)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter or curry (optional)
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. cheese
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    4 to 6 green onions, chopped
    2 c. bananas, chopped
    2 c. pineapple, chopped
    1 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Cut up chicken and fry in oil with salt and pepper.
    Put onion and tomatoes in blender 1 minute.
    Add to chicken and cook 5 minutes.
    Mix flour and water and add to chicken stew.
    Cook until tender.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Then add (as desired) last 7 ingredients set out for people to add to rice and stew.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
