Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie shell
    3 eggs (large)
    1 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can Hormel ham
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 slices Swiss cheese
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs and half and half and add flour.
    Place Swiss cheese in bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle mushrooms over cheese, then ham. Pour egg/cream mixture over other items in pie shell.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
