German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 pinch nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. butter
    fresh lemon juice
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a 9 1/2-inch pie pan (glass seems to work best).
    Add mixture to pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Squeeze lemon juice generously over the pancake and then sprinkle powdered sugar over it.
    Serve hot.
    Scrumptious with fresh fruit on top.
