Vodka-Barbecued Chicken And Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. finely minced onion
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. vodka
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
3 lb. chicken pieces
3 lb. beef back ribs
garlic salt and pepper
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine garlic, onion, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, vodka, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Sprinkle both sides of chicken and ribs with garlic salt and pepper.
Place on grill.
Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
During last 20 minutes of cooking, baste generously with sauce, turning frequently.
Serves 6 to 8.
