Impromptu Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans nacho cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    cooked pasta of choice (not spaghetti)
    green pepper, chopped
    onion, chopped
    1 jar mushrooms
    whatever vegetables you have on hand
    Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper. Add beef and brown; drain grease.
    Add mushrooms, seasoning and tomatoes.
    Drain pasta; put back in pan with milk and cheese soup.
    Add meat and tomato mixture.
    Add vegetables; mix well.
    Serve with buttered bread and salad.
