Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can beef broth
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix beef with salt and pepper.
Shape into 18 meat balls.
Melt oleo in Dutch oven and brown meat balls on all sides.
Remove meat balls from Dutch oven and set aside.
Add onions and mushrooms to drippings in pan and stir in flour, lemon juice, catsup and bouillon.
Cook, stirring frequently until thickened.
Return meat balls to Dutch oven.
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Cook over low heat until warm.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Makes 6 servings.
