Meeting Street Pastry Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. butter (room temperature)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and butter with a pastry blender.
Add eggs and incorporate them well, using your hands.
Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Pinch off the dough in small amounts and press into miniature muffin tins or pastry molds.
Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes.
Fill with your favorite filling.
