Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. Escort crackers
1 stick margarine
1 can sliced water chestnuts
5 to 6 cooked chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Grease large casserole dish.
Melt margarine.
Stir in crushed crackers.
Mix together until crackers are coated.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Add soups, sour cream and water chestnuts to chicken.
Stir together.
Pour half of crackers into casserole. Add chicken mixture.
Top with remaining crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
