Easy Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast
    1 stick butter
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing
    3 c. water
    garlic to taste
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    beef broth from chuck roast
Preparation
    Cook chuck roast until it pulls apart and shreds.
    In large bowl combine all ingredients.
    Simmer over medium heat for 1 hour. Serve on sub buns with Mozzarella cheese and pepperocinis on the side.
