Italian Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (14 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
    1 large can College Inn chicken broth
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Add garlic and cook until lightly brown.
    Slowly add chicken broth and tortellini.
    Bring to boil; slow cook 10 minutes.
    Add chopped spinach and stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve in soup bowls; garnish with Mozzarella cheese and pepper.
