Glazed Pineapple Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. drained pineapple
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Cut in shortening. Beat egg and pineapple juice; add to flour mixture.
    Add pineapple to mix only until flour is well moistened.
    Drop batter on greased baking sheet, shaping into narrow bars.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Frost at once with Lemon Icing.
