Turkey Macaroni Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 lb. fresh ground turkey
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sliced onion rings
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, Italian seasoning, oregano and pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 to 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Brown turkey, onion and green pepper until veggies are tender.
    Add tomato sauce and spices.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes.
    In medium bowl combine egg and milk.
    Add macaroni and mix well.
