Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 eggs
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients (except zucchini) together.
Add zucchini. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch (greased) pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
