8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour in casserole dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
