Diet Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. nonfat skim milk
    1 slice white bread
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat milk.
    Mix together egg, sweetener and vanilla.
    Add egg mixture to milk.
    Bread bread into small chunks in baking dish. Pour egg and milk mixture over bread, allowing a few pieces to float on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Set baking dish in pan of water to bake.
