Kavarma(Bulgarian) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork
1 lb. veal liver
5 peppers
4-5 onions
2 tomatoes
1 cup mushrooms
1/3 cup white wine
1/2 cup sunflower oil
Savory, paprika, pepper, parsley to taste
Preparation

Cut meat into small pieces and fry in oil and water.
Add the onions.
When tender, add sliced mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, wine, savory, salt and parsley with a little water and mix.
Pour into earthenware dish or bowl.
Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes.
