Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans, divided
Preparation

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add pepper, onion, pineapple, salt and 1 cup pecans.
Shape in ball.
Roll in remaining pecans.
Chill 1 or 2 hours.
Garnish with fruit and serve with crackers.
