Joe'S Filet Mignon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
4 strips bacon
4 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix meat with first 3 ingredients.
Form into four 1-inch thick round patties.
Wrap with strip of bacon and fasten with skewer.
Combine and mix well all remaining ingredients.
Pour into flat pan.
Place patties in marinade and let stand in fridge for 30 minutes.
Turn patties and marinate 30 minutes more. Remove and broil or grill outside to desired doneness.
Outside grilling time: 40 minutes or more, turning frequently.
