Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
12 beaten eggs
6 slices cubed bread (brown or white)
1 c. grated cheese (optional)
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. milk
dash of salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation

Brown sausage.
In a large bowl combine eggs, bread, cheese, mustard, milk and salt and pepper.
Mix well and then pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle browned sausage over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
