B L T Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, fried
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 (45 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes, chopped
    4 beef bouillon cubes, in 4 c. hot water
    chopped lettuce
Preparation
    Crumble fried bacon. Save grease. Remove from pan and drain. In 1/2 cup bacon grease, saute celery and onion.
    Mix in flour. Add juice, bacon, tomatoes and beef bouillon.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle lettuce over cups of soup before serving.
