Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Separate yolk from
    white
    in the 3 eggs.
    In saucepan, blend sugar and
    flour.
    Add
    water slowly.
    Add egg yolks and butter. Stir quickly
    over\tlow
    heat until smooth and thick. Remove from heat.
    Add vinegar in a slow stream, while beating with heavy spoon.
    Spoon mixture in 8-inch baked pie shell and top with meringue.
