Greek-Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. gravy coloring (Gravy Master)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic
    1 whole lemon
    salt and pepper
    5 to 6 lb. chicken, cut up or tenders
Preparation
    Use chicken thighs or any other pieces of chicken.
    Season breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, fresh chopped parsley and grated Romano cheese.
    In separate bowl, beat eggs.
    Season with salt, pepper and grated cheese.
    Dip chicken pieces in egg batter, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
    Brown chicken in oil in frypan.
    Do not cook completely.
    In roasting pan, slice onions, enough to cover bottom of pan; add 1/2 cup of white wine and 1/4 cup vinegar. Place chicken on top of onions, cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
