Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini (3 to 4 large)
    1 c. canola cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Makes 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaves.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    Stir in sugar, zucchini, oil and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients (already mixed in small bowl).
    Pour into pans.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Test with toothpick. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Turn out to cool completely.
